About Us – MWR Transport

MWR Transport is a family owned and operated transport company that has serviced the Southern Highlands to Sydney for over thirty years. The company’s founder Martin Remm began the company in 1984 after helping to establish Bong Bong Transport, and recognising the need for more transport to service the growing Southern Highlands region. Martin worked diligently to serve a number of business in the region where he gained a reputation for being a reliable, professional and likeable transport provider.

After 25 years of service Martin finally retired, leaving his eldest son Daniel to carry on the family business with the same strong work ethics he had lived by for all those years. When Daniel and his wife took over the business they brought a young enthusiasm to the business. Over the past years, MWR Transport has continued to provide excellent service to the Southern Highlands. With a lot of careful planing, dedication and hard work, the business has grown and increased the number of trucks running to and from Sydney daily. In early 2014 Daniel’s brother Anthony joined MWR after purchasing Bowral District Couriers, which is now part of the MWR company. Together, the two brothers are working to continually improve the level of service they provide, and to remain true to the core values passed on by Martin of being reliable, professional and easy to work with.
